The Role
I have never worked in a place like it. Everyone helps eachother out and is extremely supportive towards new Interns
I can’t express how patient the managers have been with myself being new. They’ve answered each question and no question is unanswered.
The place is extremely busy however I prefer to be kept busy as I feel as if I am accomplishing something with my day.
A huge amount of responsibly was placed upon us in terms of contracts etc. However we were encouraged to ask as many questions as possible to ensure to errors occurred.
As the internship focuses on a lot of independent organising and carrying out independent tasks I feel this experience will be invaluable in my aspired Management career in the future.
The Company
The atmosphere is unlike anywhere I’ve ever worked before. We all get on so well as a team that even when we’ve had a though day we are still able to leave work smiling.
Everything was organised perfectly.
The team trained me as if I was going to stay for a long period of time which was greatly appreciated. They also made me feel as a valued member of the team and long for a position here in the future.
Company Parties/Events
They are extremely appealing. Enterprose is a company I can see myself working for for a long period of time. They value their staff and have the balance right of looking after customers too.
The Culture
We were encouraged to meet other interns within the company which was great as we got to share our experiences of different branches.
As the company focuses on team bonding there was plenty of opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work
