The Role
I really enjoyed my internship
I felt welcomed into my team straight away, everyone was so nice throughout the year
I found my manager extremely supported throughout my placement
I had the perfect balance for the majority of time, however there have been times when I have been quite quiet and rushed off my feet.
I have been given a reasonable amount of responsibility, however at times I would have liked more.
I feel that the skills that I have learnt on placement will be invaluable for my final year studies and for my future career
The Company
The general atmosphere in the building is great, modern, always something different going on and quite young.
The placement is extremely well organised, there has been good mixture of business as usual tasks as well a variety of other different opportunities.
The firm were great with personal development and training as we were required to complete mandatory ilearning, life skills sessions and probation. There were also various one off sessions throughout the year.

The Culture
The social element was great as there are 27 of us, we socialised regularly.
Varied, some good value but some of the restaurants/bars were quite expensive.
Only a couple of clubs, quite a big difference compared to a University city.
I used the gym reasonably regularly but that's about it.
