The Role
It was an enjoyable experience, with some fun times but also a lot of hard work
The team dynamic was strong, and I was treated as a valued team member
There was a lot of support and guidance. But often times i felt neglected in the role
Generally I was quite busy but some times I had very little to do.
I was given a fair amount of responsibility. But at the same time it was nothing compared to a graduate.
The training and development offered by the company and what I received was second to none.
The Company
It was a really fun environment to work in, especially coming from University. Everyone is friendly and inviting. Lots of nights out after work.
They have around 11 interns in our building alone, therefore they have a very good structure when it comes to organising the internship.
The company really did invest in me, providing me with continuous training to help my development throughout the internship
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Travel loan
They have got an appealing grad scheme, that I am considering going on.
The Culture
The social scene at the organisation is sensational. With such a young and outgoing culture, you can really enjoy yourself. As well as so many interns being in the building, meaning that there are people in your own situation to socialise with.
It's London so it is expensive. But it is manageable.
It's central London, the the nightlife is buzzing. With clubs, pubs and bars all in the local area.
Yeah there are plenty of sociable incentives to go on and enjoy.
