The Role
I loved the fast-paced and changing environment of enterprise. No two days are ever the same and your plans will change minute to minute!
From day one, you will be warmly welcomed and encouraged by everyone you meet. Your branch colleagues become like family as well as the occasional agony aunts. And there is no great divide between those who have been there longest etc, everyone is treated the same and all opinions and ideas are equally valued.
Day or night (literally), your manager, as well as all managers in your area, will be on call to help wherever they can!
Very busy but you are always given support on how to manage your time and always offered the opportunity to take time out if there is something you need to finish. Even if its nothing to do with work!
We started with the exact same level of responsibility as any other graduate trainee and slowly, with lots of support and coaching, you will get the opportunity to run the day at least once whilst on placement.
The most obvious and important skills was working as part of a team, learning the importance of communication not just with customers but with people in your team. Additionally time management, because your jobs will affect how others work, and how the customers will perceive the service.
The Company
We try not to take ourselves too seriously and everyone's encouraged to be social inside and outside of work
Very well in terms of giving us plenty of responsibility, support, opportunity and keeping us on track with goals to reach before the end of the year
A lot of time was dedicated in the beginning and then every few months or so to attend training classes. I felt that I could always reach out to my manager or the development team at any point and really felt that they were encouraging in helping me meet my goals, and solve
Financial Bonus
I would love to come back and I'm hoping to become Campus Brand Manager when I head back to uni.
The Culture
Yes we all had each other on whatsapp, facebook, and saw eachother on nights out
Free nights out! Wasn't many costs involved..
We had great nights out in Bournemouth
Absolutely, both social and opportunities to become apart of the community
