The Role
I really enjoyed my experience with ERAC. They reward hard work well; although training was a highlight
Very valued and respected due to small team sizes. Management are all very friendly and willing to listen at all times
Management are supportive, checking up on all employees regularly.
Very busy every day, never a quiet moment with ERAC. This does mean that days go very quickly whilst at work
You are able to be acting manager within a short amount of time if you hit the right criteria and they feel that you are ready. You do also have to make snap decisions and accept responsibility for all actions, this can be quite a lot but makes you feel trusted
It has hugely helped with my confidence, this will inevitably help me in the future. I have also gained more communication skills as it is essential to the running of any business. The proximity to management has also made me feel comfortable giving my opinion/speaking up at times where previously I may not have. They encourage you to come up with ideas and pitch in with conversations.
The Company
Due to the large amount of time spent together, after a short while you get on very well. All staff are super friendly and fun, this makes the atmosphere energetic in all offices
Super well organized, this is partly due to the use of outlook and online calendars. They have a specially tailored scheme set up to bring out certain qualities and build knowledge massively.
We've received plenty of training and the development is ongoing through the job. There are many facets to the company that you are always learning something new, this is definitely an aspect about the job that I like.
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
Super appealing, they promote from within the company. Due to the scale of the business there are many areas you can go into
The Culture
Yes, all interns within area know each other as you do your training together. We all have a very good bond and we tend to keep in contact with each other when not at training.
Very high, the South Coast is particularly expensive for rent. Socialising isn't particularly expensive in comparison to other areas
Great.
Yes, within areas you may find your colleagues meet up a lot after work. We also go for area meals and nights out.
