The Role
I really enjoyed my placement at Enterprise, it keeps you very busy and it is a fast paced working environment,. There is a lot of variety in the job and if you want an overall business management experience it is perfect.
I felt very valued as an colleague and they treat you the same as any other employee, they value their staff and reward hard work.
During your placement you have to complete a folder which teaches you all you need to know to come back and carry on your career. To complete this you get formal training as well as on the job training everyday to become the best manager you can be.
Enterprise is a very fast paced business and keeps you busy everyday with a variation of tasks.
You are treated as a management trainee so it allows you to take a lot of responsibility on. As you get further through your placement you take on more responsibility.
Enterprise has taught me a lot of transferable skills that I can take examples from for my fourth year, as well as teaching me business and management skills throughout to enhance my career.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was always good, you bond with your branch and have fun while you work so it makes the day much more enjoyable.
The placement was well organized with targets to hit and training to focus on what you need to achieve.
They invest a lot of time into developing you as a management trainee as they are developing you to come back and progress your career at Enterprise.
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
The prospects are very good as you can progress fast and move up through the ranks quickly.
The Culture
There is a good social scene as we have regular area nights out and have opportunities to go on days out every month.
Bournemouth area is quite an expensive area but you can live and socialize in the area with your wage.
The area had quite nice restaurants but with Enterprise you can choose wherever you would like so it gives you many options of places to live.
Their are places to meet up with your colleagues outside of work easily.
