The Role
Great placement year, learn and gain many skills.
great culture, friendly environment
all been very supported, always helps you when u need them, treat everyone equally
always busy, times fly when u work at Enterprise. Which is a good and bad
my job role was to make sure customer received good service. Admin work is well
gain confidence how to talk to people from different culture. at enterprise you will have to serve people from culture and background which was a great skill I developed
The Company
great , always fun, sometimes stressful
it was well organized, at beginning they give u a folder to finish before your placement year
training was provided well, sometimes had to come down to head office to get training and branch and assistant manager train you within the branch
really great, at training year its difficult , but when u get to the stage of assistant or branch manager role you will start seeing things different.
The Culture
a lot of placement students
I lived near the branch so it was not an issue for me.
great
we had couple of nights out with area managers
