The Role
Great group of people, great social aspect.
Opinions are taken into account, treated like one of the team.
Very helpful and understanding team.
There is always something you can be doing to further yourself.
Every intern is given their own projects to prove themselves and learn on a practical level.
The practical executions of business models in the real world is something you can never learn from the textbook.
The Company
Good office atmosphere with interns and colleagues alike.
HP use their years of experience with this scheme to run it effectively.

The Culture
Incredible. Decent in Reading and London alike.
Average for the south.
Reading nightlife is distinctly average, within half an hour commute of London and some of the best nights in Europe.
Lots of volunteering and charity work, these also act as great networking opportunities.
