The Role
The work we do and the people we get to work with, makes this placement a great place to work. We work really hard but are rewarded even better and work in a motivating environment.
Because of the long hours, you spend an awful lot of time with your co workers. Luckily enough, everyone I've worked with has been friendly, helpful and good fun to spend my days with. The branch I work in literally feels like my second family.
It's a hard job to be trained into, so you are kind of thrown into the deep end at first, but any questions you have will always be answered by managers. Team Leaders are also designated to you which makes it easier to know who you should go to if you need anything.
The first six months were crazy busy and when it came into winter the days got very slow. Thankfully there was always so much other stuff to do like projects or phases to keep the days going.
Once you and your manager can see that you are comfortable in a position, you are given the responsibility to look after things on your own. It's good to know you're doing a good job and don't have to be watched.
Learning about sales and customer service has taught me so much about using the skills that I have learned about in college, in the real world of work.
The Company
Everyday we have a positive work environment. We work together, motivate each other and have a great laugh with customers.
Really well organised, we've gotten the chance to do everything a graduate would get to do.
I am always pushed to achieve more and be better. We are all motivated to complete the requirements to stay on in the company and get promoted.

Company Parties/Events
I would love to stay on with this company, the possibilities are endless.
The Culture
All of the interns get along so well together and I have genuinely made friends for life in this company.
Working in the airport, it is hard not to spend a fortune on food everyday but it's up to us to bring lunch in considering we have a canteen in the branch.
"We work hard and we reward hard work". This could not be more true, we are always rewarded with a night out for hitting our targets month by month.
Enterprise works with so many charities and always encourages us to get involved in the events they hold to raise money for them. Eg. The 12 hour cycle we did in Dublin Airport last year.
