About You
The week was very good. They put a lot of effort to try and make us feel confortable and busy during those days.
Even though it is just a spring week they still clearly care about getting you to like JP.
Not really applicable, but help was always there if needed.
They tried to make it educational, it was a bit too much to my taste as I didn't feel I was learning a lot, but others found it very helpful.
The Company
They were incredibly prepared, gave you a superb booklet with the program, you just had to follow along.
The ambiance was very good. Although I might say it is because of the people who were there, they managed to get us to know each others very quickly.
I feel like for a spring week it's a weird to talk about training. But the graduates who came talking were telling us about all the training oportunities they had (which is quite a bit)
There was workshadowing and networking events with people from the company working at all the levels, they couldn't have done more I think.
They have a strong identity that employees bring up a lot.
Such experiences are always usefull if you are interested in working in the field.
Everything Else
I did not ask for any as it was not really applicable for me.
Plenty, and they were all very good with a lot of diversity in front of you.
We went to flight club, and everyone discovered themselves an unexpected talent for darts.
During the talk with the graduate panel, we got to find out about everything that came with the grad program.
It is certainly educating and interesting, however it could go maybe more to the point and don't try and be as educational
