The Role
I had a few challenges which are great learning experiences
Very much, the colleagues attitude in Cummins was the best part of my placement
all the way through
some weeks needed to work more than usual 9-5 work, probably half the time , I may have done up to maxiumu 45 hours per week
enough responsibility to develop knowledge and experience in engine business
the skill I developed during my placement were very useful and definitely going to use them at university and at my next work experience
