The Role
There was varied work and responsibility, plenty to keep me interested
My input was always valued and I felt part of the team
There was always support if needed and weekly meetings
It varied due to the nature of the work I was doing; some days there wasn't a lot on at all.
Plenty of responsibility, including leading a couple of projects
They will aid me greatly and help me specifically to work on other skills I will need
The Company
There was a good atmosphere and with the number of students there was a vibrant student community
There was plenty to do and it was well structured over the year
There was limited training available to me but there was plenty of chance to develop yourself peronally.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I wouldn't mind going back but it would have to be for the right job and the right time
The Culture
There was plenty of socialising going on with the students and always something to do
West London wasn't the cheapest place to live
Not great, but there were some decent pubs a short train away and London wasn't far
There were a lot of activities arranged by students and opportunities to do many things organised by the company, such as volunteering, nights out with sponsored organisations or 'orange days'
