The Role
I really enjoyed my work placement, it was a great place to work.
All my colleagues made sure I felt part of the team.
My supervisor and line manager really supported me throughout my placement and would always offer guidance when I asked for it.
This would fluctuate, as some days would be very hectic, and others very quiet.
I was given a good amount of responsibility.
Much of what I did during my placement can be applied in any workplace, so the skills that I have developed will be of great value.
The Company
Very good atmosphere
The placement was organised well and enabled me to get involved in various things.
There were lots of training courses held at the office, and an abundance of free online courses available.
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Very appealing - it is such a large company with so many opportunities.
The Culture
Yes there were lots of social events organised throughout the year
Cost of living and socialising were relatively cheap - living at home helps!
The nightlife is quite good, there is something for everyone
Yes, lots of opportunities such as charity events, citizens days and much more.
