The Role
I have had a great time working at L'Oreal and it has given me a great insight into the Beauty Industry. As an intern you are a valued member of the team and are given a real role within the business. I could definitely see myself working here in the future.
I felt very valued by my colleagues, particularly my manager and other members of the team.
My manager was very supportive throughout my time at L'Oreal and we would have weekly meetings to check I was on track with my work and prioritise any new projects.
It could vary day to day, however there wasnt a day where I sat there twiddling my thumbs and always had something to do
As the time went on I was given more and more responsibility and felt trusted by my manager to take control which was a good feeling
I have learnt a lot about prioritisation which will help a lot in Uni and general life.
The Company
It was a fun and friendly environment which I really enjoyed being in
My role changed from the one I applied for and was offered the week before I joined which was frustrating but worked out for the best. While I was there it was great though.
There were lots of training opportunities which you could get involved in.

Working from home
I would definitely work for L'Oreal again if the opportunity arose
The Culture
Yes it was a really fun little community of interns which made the time at L'Oreal really fun
I would say it was very reasonable for London
The social team would organise weekly activities which you could get involved in
