About You
I did enjoy the insight day as it was very informative and useful in helping to plan my career and think about the next steps and apprenticeships.
I was only there for 3 hours but during this time the staff were very engaging and friendly.
Lots of guidance and hits and tips for a possible application was given and it was very useful.
The information did assist me as I am likely to apply for an apprenticeship
The Company
Very well organised from the confirmation emails through to the actual event. The people on the panel were very relevant and everything they said related to why I attended.
It was informal and quite relaxed
I believe that if I got an apprenticeship at M&G they really look after their staff and seem to really care about their development. I think they would be a great company to work for based on today's event.
Every staff member spoke very highly of the culture and how it was friendly and easy to talk to senior staff which is very impressive.
It reaffirmed my decision of wanting to do an apprenticeship rather than going to University.
Everything Else
I wasn't expecting to
There were plenty of opportunities to meet and speak to current apprentices, managers, HR etc. who were all more than willing to answer any questions.
There were plenty of opportunities to meet and speak to current apprentices, managers, HR etc. who were all more than willing to answer any questions.
Apprentices spoke about social events with other investment companies and support networks
Definitely, it was well organised and very informative and useful
