    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • The experience was structured at times, however unfortunately did lack structure in places, partly due to the fact that we could not assist with too much work as it was not permitted. Therefore, at times this left us without work to do, limiting our development of learning and skills.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I feel that the firm did invest in the development of my skills, such as the skills of communicating with different people and adapting myself to certain situations. However, this was limited due to the structure of the process which meant that I was not able to develop and extend my skills further.

  • Yes, It was a great experience that more people should do to help guide them in the direction of their career paths and understand the different services of business and consultancy. Additionally, the promotion of female succession needs to be extended and understood further to inspire more young women to believe that they can become successful too. and this insight was a great way of showing this.
