The Role
I really enjoyed my time at Loreal, everyone was so friendly and i learnt a lot about the world of supply chain.
I felt that i was really valued by my team members i did not feel like an intern!
My manager was amazing throughout this he really helped me with everything i found difficult.
I was very busy some days but not so busy on others, it was night and day.
I was given a lot of responsibility i took over my own processes and manged to even implement change.
I learnt a lot that will go hand in hand with my degree such as dealing with people and managing tasks.
The Company
Very lively atmosphere it was full of energy and excitement.
very organised, everything was well planned etc. I always had guidance in all aspects of my job.
They invested a lot in my development always pushed me to go to training. And always encouraged self development.
