The Role
Placement year was really engaging, you learn a lot and get placed in a really fast place environment.
You get treated like a grad and they expect a lot of you! you really feel as part of a team.
You are always supported as management have all been in a similar position to you, everyone wants you to succeed!
Working for Enterprise means you don't stop, you do work long hours. But if you work hard they'll always reward you
I was given lots of responsibility. I was exposed to so many different aspects of the business, it allowed me to develop my skills massively.
The Company
The office atmosphere is great, everyone works as a team. Team members will pick you up when you are down!
The placement is well structured and they give you a folder which helps guide you through the year out!
They invest a lot of training and a lot of time to develop you!

The company prides itself on developing placement students into management, its such a big company new roles are always opening up.
The Culture
They have lots of different organized events you can go to throughout your placement, and people are always up for spending time together
I lived at home while I worked so I could afford to socialize outside of work.
The nightlife was great, but its hard to get back up for work after a night out!
They were always running charity events or work nights out!
