The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to meet and work with a variety of people from all over the world. Learning new skills and whilst being given the autonomy to change tasks and processes.
Very valued! The listened to my opinions and took my feedback on board.
Given good support, however, difficult in busy periods due to managements own work loads, but they were always there should I need them.
Fairly busy.
Responsibility was given, especially for tasks that went beyond my daily tasks.
I have been able to learn practical, applicable skills on the job which will help me greatly with future employment.
The Company
Positive, everyone was friendly and we had fun!
There is a clear handover procedure which makes learning the role much easier!
Supportive in my training and development requests, for example shadowing other departments.

The Culture
Yes, the number of interns meant there was a good social scene, with lots of events throughout the year.
Much cheaper than surrounding locations.
Plenty of bars and restaurants, only a few nightclubs.
