The Role
A very positive experience of placement year, I would recommend it to anyone.
Very valued
I have always had lots of support readily available as and when required.
Periods of being very busy and periods of being less busy due to the nature of the job.
I have always been given full responsibility for my own work load and further responsibility on certain occassions.
Excellent training was provided both on and off the job which will inspire me to be more proactive and confident in my studies and beyond.
The Company
In general the atmosphere in the office is positive and friendly.
Mostly organised but sometimes this was not possible due to the nature of the work - sometimes depended on the organisation of others.
Formal training and on the job training were both provided.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Future employment prospects are appealing and are communicated clearly.
The Culture
Good social scene amongst colleagues including office parties at christmas and in the summer.
Relatively cheap compared to other areas.
City centre location so nightlife is good.
