The Role
Really testing internship that has helped me grow as a person and furthered my knowledge in recruitment and the working world.
Excellent rapport with my colleagues. All my kind of people. Mixture of laughter, banter and work related motivation.
Support was good. Leave you to challenge yourself and give support when really needed.
Very busy. You don't stop.
Supply workers to all London prisons so huge responsibility.
Recruitment doesn't really relate to my degree so.
The Company
Very lively, loud.
Organised. Always managing you well.
A lot. Did a full training course at Hays, which involved spending a week in another office in London.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Appealing. Being offered a Grad job.
The Culture
Very good. I have made friends for life. Go out in London all the time with colleagues.
Lived from home. London pricey for food and alcohol but worth it. Trains expensive into work.
London... so pretty good.
Not much. Was always talk of a football team but never materialised.
