From the offset, I felt included and part of the team.
The team were always willing to help if I was struggling.
I had a good amount of tasks that were challenging yet manageable, so I never felt discouraged!
As my confidence grew, the level of responsibility I was given increased to match this.
I am definitely leaving a more technically competent individual.
The Company
It was always lively and a friendly atmosphere to work.
The work was well suited to my ability and the year flowed seamlessly.
There were training modules staggered through the year that helped aid in our daily roles.
