The Role
A challenging year where I was given plenty of responsibility to keep me busy but also had help when I needed it. This was a big motivator as I could do work on my own or get help if I was struggling
They valued me as en employee and would come to me with help for things that they needed. We worked very well interdependently
Always helped me with what I needed
I always had work to do. Some days were busier than others but most were steady
I had full responsibility for the work that I did which was very motivating in my job
I was sent on many useful training courses that will help me with all aspects of my career and I have also learnt lots about accounting in a ‘real world’ environment
The Company
Everyone was very friendly and approachable
A bit slow starting but very well run once it was up and running
They sent me on lots of training courses which were paid for by the company
Flexi Time
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home

The Culture
Lots of social events such as Christmas parties
I lived at home so very cheap
Good and cheap nights out!
