The Role
More of an extended assessment centre, never the less it gave candidates a chance to see what PwC did in more detail as well as network with senior partners to understand the culture behind the firm
During the Insight Academy there were several 'assessments' of which we were given adequate guidance
A fairly hectic schedule, but with time built in for relaxing / social activities
The Company
A lively and friendly atmosphere between all involved
Highly structured and organised, highly efficient througout
They helped us understand the criteria for each section as well as giving some valuable advice and practice
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Following the academy, they offered places on their summer internship program for the following summer
The Culture
Everyone was willing to participate in social activities
PwC paid for all accomodation and food.
No nightlife was within a reasonable distance
Due to the short nature of the event there were not any additional opportunities
