The Role
Working on multiple projects throughout the year made my placement experience very enjoyable. Range of different tasks to learn and complete over the course of the year. Gained experience in the different oral health categories kept things very enjoyable.
My colleagues very much valued the work I completed and appreciated how hard working I am. They made an effort to tell me when I had done well as well as showing me my 6 month and 1 year feedback from my placement year work.
Sufficient amount of support was given from my manager for me to be able to complete my tasks effectively. My manager also gave me enough independence to be able to complete the tasks using my initiative developing skills.
I always had tasks to complete to a deadline but I managed my time effectively so I could take small breaks to refresh throughout the year.
My manager gave me enough independence to be able to complete the tasks using my initiative developing skills. My manager gave me lots of responsibilities and the progression of projects depended on the work I was producing to a deadline
The skills will help significantly during my degree. Time-management to complete assignments on time. Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft skills will help to write up lab results and the report.
The Company
