About You
Thoroughly enjoyed it. It was such a great experience and really gave me an insight into a life of someone working in Audit/Assurance.
Really valued. I was taken to loads of meetings and had the chance to meet many people across the firm. This has really expanded my network.
A lot. I was given associate tasks to do in Audit and hadn't used Excel much during university. I was given a lot of support and training on Excel.
Networks I have gained will really help especially as I am able to ask more questions and find out more about Audit and assurance.
The Company
Very structured. We were in office from 9:30-4:30. My manager had planned out what I was going to do everyday using SMART goals that we set on the first day.
Amazing. The people are so welcoming and very friendly! They are always willing to go out of their way and explain everything.
We have a career counselling session a session in which we will be guided about future careers which I will be using when deciding on careers.
I felt like a full time associate!
As this was a part of the Women in Leadership role, I was able to learn about the Women's network as well as the different diversity networks which are well established across the firm.
Very valuable.
Everything Else
I was paid for working for the week.
Many opportunities.
There was a lunch organised on the last day which was very useful to talk to all the others in different teams within Audit.
Yes, my manager was telling me about courses available. There are network events like diversity and inclusion ones that are on regularly.
Without a doubt!
