The Role
It was everything I was looking for. Developed my electrical and personal skills.
I was given a lot of responsibility and felt valued as part of the R and D team.
Weekly catch up meetings at the beginning setting my work load. Now we have meetings less as I don't need as much guidance.
Always had something that needed to get done.
I was given a large project VoCall 16 and also my own personal project. Don't expect to be trusted with so much important work as an intern.
Developed my electronic and electrical knowledge. Personal skills: Presentation, communication, leadership and teamwork skills
The Company
It suits the way I work. Allowed me to settle in and not to be nervous to ask for help.
I was set specific work that I needed to complete weekly.
Whenever I needed to have training or help in my development the company never hesitated to supply.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I would love to work for a company like Eaton. Lots of opportunities to develop through the company and the work is exciting.
The Culture
Yes we had many social event with all the colleagues. Christmas party or just a random Friday get together.
It was affordable for me as I lived at home so only had to pay for my petrol.
Cardiff City centre was perfect to do anything you wanted to do.
I played football every Monday after work with some people from work.
