The Role
Really good fun, good social. Develop as a person a lot with good training. would recommend to anyone
Built great relationships with colleagues with clear signs of trust in my ability
A lot of support was given, great training in classrooms and at the desk.
Pretty busy throughout the day, never clock watched
Did the full 360 desk dealing with clients and resourcing roles. Would regularly go on client meetings to represent Hays
Grown a lot in confidence and have a lot more belief in my ability. This is through training from my team and managers. It will definitely aid me in my future career
The Company
Really good culture, everyone very relaxed and friendly. No micro managing
Training programs, off site training, recruiting the next interns to replace us.
They create a culture wanting you to come back after university. They really invest in you
Company Parties/Events
Hays is a great multi-national company which I believe is credible
The Culture
Really social, build good relationships and always down the pub Friday after work
Lived at home and commuted it - no problem with costs
London is a lively place - always somewhere to go
office 5 a side team - not one to play football but can easily join if you do
