The Role
I was given a lot of responsibility immediately. The work given was actually things that needed.doing rather than meaningless tasks to fill up my time. The people were also lovely and very helpful.
When giving reviews to partners I was asked to join in. I was treated like a full time employee rather than an intern.
Everybody was approachable. The manager asked if everything made sense regularly.
Very busy but kept the job interesting.
Within my first three days I was talking to clients alone as well as preparing reports and giving feedback to partners.
The skills will help me beyond my degree because this is the line of service I want to to in to
The Company
With regular team lunches, drinks and bake your own cake days the team was well motivated. We also had a shares competition going on with the client just to break the ice.
I knew where I was supposed to be all the time.
We were given a weeks worth of training. All of it was relevant and we were taught in a very interactive way helping us to learn and retain a lot of information. If we had any questions afterwards then the other employees were always happy to answer.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Accepted my job offer!
The Culture
We tried to meet up regularly however with us being on client sites spaced out all over London it was quite difficult. The amount of team socials made up for it though.
Socialising was very expensive as it was in central London. Lived at home with parents.
London nightlife.
There were always socials going on
