The Role
As an intern you get so much responsibility, weather that be with your captin roles or running the office for the day. Yes the hours are long but you get rewarded for your effort and hard work.
I was able to run the office every thursday and as an intern this is an amazing experience by which you feel so valued by the management.
Each manager has a totally didrerent approach to employee develeopment and support. Some may allocate time for employees and some may not.
The job is extemely busy, however this makes the days wiz by and before you know it its home time. You also get a massive sense of achievement when the day is done.
Personally I got given a lot of responsibility as i passed my management qualification 8 months in.
Time managament was the main skill i have recieved from this placement which will help aid my degree.
The Company
Some days it could be stressfull and others it can be so fun. Yes the days are busy which can result in stress but the managers will always reward you and the family vibe is always present.
At each step of the interview and recruitment process was so so well organised.
We had a number of training days including various statement nights.

The Culture
We regulary go to the pub on a friday and go out for meals out! The family/friend vibe is always present.
Working in ilkeston there was zero night life however i regulary travelled to derby to join collegues.
There was loads of charity events in which i could get involved in.
