About You
The week was informative, varied and enjoyable. I was able to undertake good quality work and was supported throughout. The week offered a good mix between work and social events.
I felt extremely valued during the week. I worked on current matters and felt like I was making a real contribution to the team.
I was paired with a Supervisor and a Buddy. Both were extremely supportive and were on hand to answer any questions that I had.
I have graduated from university. The skills will be less useful from an academic point of view, but will certainly be useful for future practice.
The Company
The week was well structured. I felt that there was a good mix of work and social events. I spent a good amount of time in my department and was able to take part in some interesting workshops alongside this.
The Bristol office is extremely friendly and the culture seems very unique. Everyone was approachable and open to questions.
I feel that the firm invested heavily in me. Fee-earners spent a lot of time answering my questions and providing feedback.
I have certainly increased my knowledge of the firm's training contract offering. I was exposed to a variety of different individuals (e.g. partners, trainees, graduate recruitment, business support) and was therefore able to receive a range of different responses to my questions.
As discussed, I have learnt a lot about the firm's vision, strategy and culture.
Extremely valuable. The insight has added to my motivation to pursue a career at the firm.
