The Role
Best internship I ever had, felt like a valuable team member and learned a lot for my time after university. Finished with a job offer.
Incredibly friendly atmosphere, no "stupid questions", endless support from all co-workers, from other interns up to senior partners, everyone took the time to get to know the new joiners and help them integrate and perform to their maximum potential!
Great support, even during busier times, everyone had always an open ear and there was no "silly questions".
There was always something to do and once I had proven that I could execute tasks to my supervisor's full satisfaction, I was given more and more challenging and responsible work.
As an intern, I was treated like a full-time new joiner, managing tasks that were slightly out of my comfort zone in order to stretch my abilities and help me develop faster.
I gained invaluable networking skills and an understanding of what the "real world" will be like. Also, this was my first work experience that I actually fully enjoyed since I loved the company and all employees I had the honour to work and interact with.
The Company
Both, during work and lunch time, the atmosphere was great. Everyone was extremely outgoing and friendly, creating an atmosphere of support and reliability.
PwC organised a three week stay in their Cyprus office for me and one other intern, which included an incredible effort in terms of organisation and coordination. There was never any problems and it was easy to find someone who could answer all my questions at any point in time.
3 weeks paid stay in Cyprus to experience another side of PwC, endless training and social events, an immense amount of time invested by superiors (e.g. spending one day shadowing a partner through his daily routine, one day with a senior manager and several meetings through the internship with senior team members), presentations by other lines of service, etc. etc.

I got a job offer on my last day of the internship, which I was immensely pleased with. Going back to my final year of university, I already knew that I had a job for after my graduation, which is an incredible achievement in the current economic situation.
The Culture
Many social events and ongoing contact even after the internship ended.
London-based, therefore relatively expensive, but absolutely worth it!
London...
Opportunities included all kinds of activities with different groups of people from all different levels of the company.
