The Role
Very enjoyable place to work, supportive team, real opportunities for personal and career growth, really good training both on the job and one to one with development managers.
Always listening to each other and working together to achieve individual or group goals.
Always given support regardless even if it evolved inside or outside work related issues. Guidance through each stage of development and pushed in the right direction.
The branch I am based in is very busy with a huge fleet of cars and large team, sometimes making it hard to carry out tasks in marketing, personal development and training.
I was given various responsibilities in my branch as well as being asked to step up into other roles when the time arose.
Developed an understanding of the world of full time work and was able to take away personal confidence, time management, customer service skills such as dealing with challenging customers or situations.
The Company
Always a good atmosphere, due to the movement of employees the branch never had a consistent team but this was a really good opportunity to work alongside different people and personalities.
Everything was plain and simple, the training was consistent and when applying for the job the job description matched the job I am in, the set up of the internship is great and gave me the answers I wanted before even applying for the job
Provide me with training classes, training folders with all the knowledge I need to know. management and mentors invested time into development and gave me meetings when I needed to make sure I was progressing at the pace they expected and offered support when I needed it.

Very appealing, the job offers are varied and there is something for all employees.
The Culture
I meet with my fellow placement students while at training classes, the atmosphere was always good and relaxed.
I do not live within the area that I work.
Maidstone is a lively area and has a huge high-street with many bars and restaurants
Yes, we organized a few branch evenings out and always had half an hour on a Friday outside of the branch after work socialising
