  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed my two weeks at Taylor Wessing. I was impressed by the firm's energetic culture and its high-quality work.

    • The firm invested a lot of time in helping me develop my understanding through structured workshops. In addition, employees were keen to explain their work to me.

    • The structure of the two-week scheme was clear. I would have felt very comfortable raising concerns/queries with the friendly and approachable HR team at Taylor Wessing.

    • There was a great atmosphere at the firm - employees work hard but are typically outgoing and sociable too.

    • I think that I have a good understanding of what joining Taylor Wessing as a trainee would involve. Admittedly, I was only there for two weeks though!

    • By working in the firm and participating in after-work socials, I developed a good insight into the firm's culture.
