  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Really enjoyable, great office and very understanding and always offered to teach me new things.

  • Each member of the team welcomed me in fully from day one.

  • Never were my questions not answered

  • Kept busy, not over loaded with work, sometimes I had to seek out work to do but I felt that created a good balance for my time in the office and enabled me to meet more people.

  • Lots of responsibility, much more than I was expecting and it felt good.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The skills I have developed in the short time I have been with Savills will be vital for starting a career in this industry I have no doubt

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Very good work/fun balance.

  • Very well organised. I could tell here was a great system in place for interns and alike.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Gave seminars each week on different aspects of company. Individuals in the office happy to personally train me in certain skills as well.

  • Good, but I understand that there is still a lot of competition for places in teams moving forwards.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I was the only intern so not really valid.

  • Southampton nightlife is never the greatest

  • Yes, played a touch rugby tournament and there was a netball tournament as well
