The Role
It was thoroughly enjoyable had a very interesting time meeting people, undertaking work assignments and learning more about the business.
They have given me lots of responsibility in my role, they have both praised and critically assessed my work, helping me to improve my work and presentations. They have been very supportive.
They were very helpful, giving up time to show me how to do some tasks and were always ready to answer all my questions, (there were a lot) which has helped me gain a much better understating of job in had.
It was varied. Given the mature of the teams work, there were point where I couldn't participate in task due to the technical nature of them. However I filled my time with informal meetings and project work.
I have been given a lot of freedom to arrange meetings, and get on with task that the team has set.
It was great to add some practical application to the theories that we learn in the degree.
The Company
Very jolly, friendly and sociable.
Very good, there were lots of activities to get involved with and some very good and insightful departmental talks which has broadened my perception of the company.
The biggest investment in my personal development is the time that people gave up to talk to me about what they do, this has built my net work and confidence in the industry.
Very, Great atmosphere, people and personal development opportunities.
The Culture
Absolutely, very social bunch.
High, travel and the odd drink after work was quite expensive, but that is just because it is central London.
The Loop. Questionable.
Yes, plenty of opportunity to socialise and get involved with activates like rounder's and soft ball.
