  • Great fun, working alongside a great team.

  • They value you from day one- giving you responsibility that builds over time

  • Lots of support as they were very open to question and confusions I had with the work

  • Very busy throughout the day

  • As the internship progressed my responsibility grew. Even at an early stage they were prepared to give me a big work load and talk me through it.

  • Across the board my knowledge of the financial industry has grown.

  • Hardworking but very friendly

  • Very structured- started with a training week then moved on to my desk and went from there

  • Had a weeks training followed by individual group training focusing on the skills I need for my particular team.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • yes, but time constraints played a role as people managed work

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Quite Expensive, but that is what I expected working in canary wharf

  • few pubs and bars in canary wharf, but would have to go towards the city for a night out

  • Yes, plenty of events going on which as an intern I was invited to
