The Role
It was a great, rewarding experience with a steep learning curve and lots of interesting challenges
My colleagues were always there to help and tried to make the experience as nice as possible
The majority of my supervisors gave clear instructions and good guidance
Not as busy during the day with quite a bit of downtime, but very busy at night
Quite a lot considering the position, however lots of checks and comments on the work
Attention to detail as well as general power sector knowledge
The Company
Fun most of the time with lots of jokes, but serious when need be
Quite organised in terms of the working, a little bit to organized in the training
They spent lots of time and quite a bit of resources to prepare me well for the job
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing since they try to develop talent internally and retain it
The Culture
Everybody in the intern class was very nice and lots of social activities together
Both quite high since living/working in London is quite expensive
The nightlife is very good, however there is not much time to enjoy it
There are quite a few, but not enough time to enjoy them
