The Role
PwC organised events to meet other interns and I was part of a good team.
Team treated me as an equal and as a friend
Had weekly meetings with my supervisor to check my progress in accordance with goals set at the beginning of the internship.
There were days when the team had no work for me to do so I was left struggling to find work.
Couldn't be given too much responsibility as I didn't have the necessary skills for some of the tasks.
Learnt how to balance working life with personal life and meeting new people
The Company
Very young workforce on average
Bit of a mis-understanding with our 'buddys' who didn't show up to the meet and greet because they hadn't been told to.
Send us to a business hotel for the first 3 days to teach us the basic skills we would need.
Been offered a graduate job
The Culture
Struggled a bit as we were located in different offices but still managed to have a good time.
Nice area of More London, bound to be a bit pricey.
Nice pub just down the road from the office. Had a couple good nights
Not much for a 6-week placement
