The Role
Very well organised, friendly co-workers and managers, extremely good platform to gain insight into the different functions of the trading floor as well as deeper understanding of your placement desk
I always felt that my colleagues appreciated my input and willingness to learn
I was given very good tools to make the most out of the summer
It is up to oneself how much work to take, depending on ambition. It also depends on desk placements.
