The Role
Loved the thriving and dynamic environment. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Would have loved to be more involved in projects but all the analysts were available to discuss and teach in any way possible.
The goal setting exercise was a good experience and really helped me optimise my experience
It all depended on the day. Because of the summer ECM markets were a little slow but it could also pick up in an afternoon.
I had to prove myself to be given more responsibilities.
The training was not so helpful unfortunately but my previous experiences and my degree were vital in understanding the business and work
The Company
Great atmosphere. The people you work are open and friendly.
We were monitored all the way. If I ever had a problem people were ready to listen and help me out
A lot of time and effort. People wanted me to succeed and it was perfect
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The possibilities to get hired were great and the possibilities to network with other teams were high
The Culture
My fellow students were kind and as eager as me to discover this environment
Unfortunately Canary Warf is a very expensive place to live and work in
There is relatively no nightlife in canary Warf except a variety of pubs that are to packed at night
Every couple of weeks we had social and sporting events with various teams
