The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Feel like I learnt a lot of useful business skills but also interpersonal, communication, time management and personal skills. Definitely more than I bargained for. Also, how to keep yourself busy and take every opportunity
I feel like the work I do is appreciated and respected as I am the main person responsible for a significant part of my departments work.
Handover was not particularly focused but that's because of a quick change in direction. Also, no one else does the work I do.
Fluctuates but can be very busy. It can take time for processes to develop and be aligned before implementing
Look after the overview of processes and features, but not given any projects to manage
Engineering degrees cover a wide variety so only a small select part of my degree was used but the skills learned this year will definitely help me going forward in university and my career
The Company
Friendly, welcoming
Work is required so a job is given. Not really a plan or schedule, just do the work as it comes
