    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Working at BMW Group UK has given me lots of opportunity to work around the business and get involved with lots of events. Everyday is different and I have enjoyed the challenges that I have been given over the year.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I have felt like a real member of the team. You aren't treated like an intern, you are treated as a team member that they really rely on.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The managers have been happy to given feedback and support over the year. There are also mentors and execs that are there to look after placement students.
