The Role
It was a really good year. Learnt so much more than I thought I would and given a great deal of responsibility which meant I gained valuable skills.
I had a great working relationship with my team and have made some friends for life.
I was good support from arriving at British Steel, management was always happy to help if I asked.
I was only just busy enough for the first 6 months, becoming much busier as the year progressed.
I was given full responsibility over my 2 main projects.
The skills and training I have received will be invaluable. Improving my chances of success after uni and will give me a lot of knowledge that will be useful when writing my dissertation.
The Company
Atmosphere was very positive.
Good organisation and an effective induction programme.
The training was really just on the job training apart from an external course on internal auditing.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
Unsure
