The Role
My team made thisi whole experience miles better. Great team work, huge support and constant invaluable advice
I made some very good friends on this experience that I keep in contact with on a regular basis.
My team were very helpful! Understandably, there were times where they were very busy and so I used my own initiative to gain answers to my questions
Some days were manic, some slower.
I was given enough tasks at a good rate. And even carried out tasks my boss often does.
I began this internship after I graduated from university
The Company
The office was always buzzing except Fridays which was a bit more quiet. There was a good relationship between Accenture and the clients ont he site we were working in. We had occasional conversations which were very humourous.
was on the bench at the beginning
Induction week was great investment, we were catered for and given a project aligned with consulting. I did online training too.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Accenture is all about the people, and the time, money and effort they invest in their employees is evident. This is impressive, and comforting to know I'll be working with a very good team, no matter the project
The Culture
We organised many events through facebook. It was nice to chill with my other intern colleagues
In central london, so considerably high but nothing new as I've lived in London before
We went to good bars but not a club
charity day was fantastic
