The Role
My Placement at FDM has been a fantastic year. The work has been interesting and I have had the opportunity to develop a wide number of new skills.
The Internal development team was really welcoming and always willing to help if I had a problem. Staff at FDM were always really friendly and helpful.
I received fantastic support in developing new skills and getting the opportunities to try new things.
I always felt that there was plenty of work to do and never felt like I was wasting time.
Over the course of the placement, I picked up more and more responsibility as my skills and confidence improved.
During my placement, I have worked on many projects that will help with both my degree and my future prospects. I feel that I have gained skills that will put me ahead when I return to university and when I look for a job in the future.
The Company
The general atmosphere was always friendly but professional.
I was able to learn a lot from the internal development team. I was also able to take time to complete any Pluralsight training that I needed.
