The Role
Great place to either start career or continue it if you were always passion about banking
They need new people, but value is very subjective. The more you learn, the more you can offer.
In general very helpful and understanding, of course extent varies from one colleague to another
Quite often too busy, but this is banking - one should expect it to be so
Great exposure, expected to perform well from early beginning. Meaningful assignments on par with other colleagues
Highly valued skills for anyone interested in business related position.
The Company
Not bad for long hours and fast paced environment, in general I like it
Depends. Cheers to group where I'm placed, while some work can be done better from human resources side
Could be better, but overall experience is good so far. Steep learning curve and constant exposure to different tools
Would love to stay here, but time will show on the opportunity
The Culture
Good vibe among peers, supportive with positive attitude. Good folks to work with, surely.
London is very expensive. Socializing? Most of the time at the office
Nightlife at the office is pretty decent, lots of other pals on the floor - have fun
Good opportunities, there are always a few, but do you have time for those
