The Role
I enjoyed my time here at Pall corporation from learning the basics of filtration. To meeting some senior decision makers here within Pall and understanding how each BU works to profitise the organisation.
I felt highly valued amongst my colleagues. At first it was hard settling in but everyone at pall including my team were welcoming and were sharing information.
My line manager daily supported me to achieve m target within my workload. I was also given the opportunity to meet customers, and explore other departments all by the guidance of my manager.
The daily workload from emails to phone call wasnt overwhelmingly high however every day varies. But the team support you throughout your placement.
The responsibility i was given during this placement was a great deal from running the Key performance indicators to training the team on fundamental applications which i gained more experience on.
I believe the skills i have gained from power point, excel,SAP and Autocad. Will assist me highly in my final year of my Chemical Engineering degree. Alongside with the organisation of my workload which i didn't necessarily have during my primary years at university.
