The Role
Very Much so.
The support and the importance of work that I could get involved in to help with my colleagues meant that I felt very valued
Through fortnightly 1:1's with my line manager and conversations with other line managers I felt that I could always receive extra work or support when necessary
Started off in the first few weeks slowly to allow me to ease into it and learn about the organisation and its culture. After that, the workload was manageable while allowing me to be busy throughout the day and experiencing work in many different areas.
A reasonable amount with work that provided a tangible contribution.
The skills developed and the learning opportunities were wide ranging and invaluable. The prioritisation and soft skills developed will help with my degree while a host of soft skills will aid in my future career.
