The Role
The varied tasks and the welcoming atmosphere of the company made this year truly enjoyable.
From the first day, I was made to feel valued and appreciated for the work I completed.
I was given weekly 1 to 1 support from my manager and he was always there to answer any questions I may of had
Throughout my year I was very busy, this made me feel however that I was an integral part of the team.
I was involved in global product launches, company interaction strategies, market research and customer value propositions
Working at Lubrizol has developed skills that I will take in to my future career for both my soft and career specific skills
The Company
I had a great business and personal relationship with the people in my office
The placement is very well structured.
I got sent on both training courses and developed my skills from real world experience
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Working from home
As there is a low turnover staff, Lubrizol do not offer a graduate scheme as of yet- however I am able to apply for jobs that become available when I graduate
