  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The varied tasks and the welcoming atmosphere of the company made this year truly enjoyable.

    • From the first day, I was made to feel valued and appreciated for the work I completed.

    • I was given weekly 1 to 1 support from my manager and he was always there to answer any questions I may of had

    • Throughout my year I was very busy, this made me feel however that I was an integral part of the team.

    • I was involved in global product launches, company interaction strategies, market research and customer value propositions

    • As there is a low turnover staff, Lubrizol do not offer a graduate scheme as of yet- however I am able to apply for jobs that become available when I graduate
